The short version
We don’t collect any data about you. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts. Your progress stays on your device.
- No data collected
- No ads
- No tracking
- No account
1. Information we collect
None. Specifically, Executive Disorder (“the app”) does not:
- collect, store or transmit any personal information to us or to anyone else;
- include advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs;
- use advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID), or track you across apps or websites;
- access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or any other device data;
- require an account, a login, or an email address.
2. Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress and settings, such as unlocked stages, permanent upgrades, in-game currency (“donations”), statistics, outfits, sound and haptics settings, and whether you own the full-game unlock, in the app’s private storage on your device only. We never receive it.
- Erase your progress any time with Settings › Reset Progress. Deleting the app removes all of this data.
- Your operating system may include app data in device backups (such as iCloud or Google backups) if you have turned backups on. Apple or Google handles those backups under their own privacy policies.
3. In-app purchases
Executive Disorder offers one optional, one-time purchase (“Second Term — Full Game”). It is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- We never see or receive your name, email, payment card, billing address or other payment details.
- The app only asks the store whether the unlock has been purchased on your account, so it can unlock the content on your device. That answer stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Apple’s and Google’s handling of your purchase is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Network use
The app connects to the internet only to talk to the App Store or Google Play purchase service (to show the price, buy, or restore the unlock). Tapping Privacy Policy in Settings opens this page in your browser. Nothing else is sent or received.
5. Children
Executive Disorder is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases are covered by the parental controls built into iOS (such as Ask to Buy and Screen Time) and Google Play (such as purchase approvals and Family Link).
6. Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, sell or share. You can still contact us with any question.
7. Changes to this policy
If the app’s data practices ever change, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. If a change means data would be collected, we will also update the App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures.
